How long does Shipping and Delivery take?

We ship within 2-3 business days. Local standard delivery depends on location and may varies due to festive seasons, weather and holidays.

West Malaysia: 2-5 business days
East Malaysia: 5-7 business days

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment.

How can I track my order?

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the delivery status or you can also view this information from your
personal account.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or cancel your orders once payment is done. Feel free to chat with us if you need further

What is your jewellery made of?

Our gold jewelleries consists of 916 (22K) real Solid Gold and may also range up to 375 (9K) with incredible value for keepsake. You may refer to product description for the specified gold purity.

We partner and work directly with our local gold crafter in Penang, Malaysia which means we can offer the gold jewelleries at almost wholesale price to our retail market.

Additionally, as we are predominantly an online company, we have lower overhead charges which means we can offer a more competitive prices as compared to others, allowing you to invest in the valuable gold jewelleries without breaking the bank. By keeping our costs low, we help keep yours low too.

Our jewelleries are crafted in Penang, Malaysia by local skilled craftmen with over decades of experiences.

We work closely with partners that have decades of experience in jewellery craftsmanship. With our stringent quality checks, quality is never compromised.

Gold Information

What are the different types of Gold available?

916 gold is about 91.6% pure whereas 999 gold is about 99.9% pure. 999 gold or 24K gold has the highest purity of gold and the softest gold you can find but usually are not suitable for jewelleries as it dents
easily.

Whereas, 916 gold jewellery or we called it 22K gold is used to denote that the piece is made of 91.6% pure gold and the rest composed of other metals. Generally, 916 gold makes more durable and sturdy jewelleries than 999 gold. There are also other gold purity like 75% (18K), 58.3% (14K) and 37.5% (9K).

How is the price of Gold determined?

Gold price changes everyday. Gold is traded on public exchange and thus the fluctuating price is subject to many external factors.
The gold price is largely dependent on:

Purity of gold used (karat) and the physical weight of gold pieces
Current market value of gold
Workmanship and craftmanship of the gold pieces

Total Price = Jewellery Weight (g) x Current Gold Market Price (based on Gold purity) + Workmanship Fee

How do I measure my ring size?

Alternatively, you may head to any jewellery store and ask them to measure your ring size professionally. Make sure you ask
for the Hong Kong measurement to match with our size chart.

How do I clean my gold jewellery?

Overtime, gold jewellery has tendency to become dull in colour. To keep it looking good, soak it in lukewarm water and then carefully towel-dry the jewellery using soft fibre cloth. Remember to rub softly as gold
metal is soft in nature.

For 916 and 999 gold, we recommend not to wear it to bed or outdoor activities, due to the high gold content, the jewellery is more
malleable and may bent out of shape easily.

How should I store my gold jewellery?

Keep it securely in the jewellery box provided. You may use any boxes with fabric lining to protect the jewellery. Place anti-tarnish strips in the box if you can, to absorb oxidants that may discolour or tarnish your jewellery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We only accept return due to damaged product. Please retain all relevant packaging as is including the product in its original condition. Refer our Return Policy here.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If the package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted the delivered package, please retain all relevant packaging as is including the product in its original condition.

Please note that any claims for damaged or missing items should be reported within 1 working day upon receipt of your order.

Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days. Once received, we will examine and advise the next course of action.

If the product returned is not damaged, we may at our discretion not to refund or replace the product and may require you to pay for
the return delivery and servicing costs.
